Orders, invoices, inventory and
other transactions captured with the handheld computer are updated in the accounting program
directly. Interfaces with many of the most popular small business and
midrange accounting software programs including Intuit, QuickBooks Professional,
Sage Business Works Gold, Peachtree, MAS 90/2000 and Dynamics-GP are available.
An accurate database to database connection with your
accounting software Microsoft SQL Server database is provided. Business logic
and data validation rules are supported. The result is the elimination of
redundant data entry by creating and scheduling customized integrations for
MobilePDQ.
The completed sales and related transactions are uploaded into HMS from the
mobile computers. This information is processed into staging tables and
imported into the accounting software after validity checks are completed. A
visual tree is provided assisting the operator in the interface process.
