MobilePDQ is sales software designed specifically for Windows Mobile handheld computers. Industrial handheld computers from Intermec, Motorola and other manufacturers provide additional features including barcode scanning and Bluetooth radio printer support.

Consumer Smartphone's using the Windows Mobile or Windows Phone operating system also support MobilePDQ.

MobilePDQ is designed for wholesale distribution companies selling products in the marketplace from vehicles. This is often called Direct Store Delivery or DSD.

All communication (data transfers) is database to database. FTP is not required. This robust communications reduces complexity and maximizes the benefit of a focused Microsoft solution. MobilePDQ has the following core features:

Customer search by customer number or name
Multiple units of measure (case, each, sleeve, etc.)
Scan a product UPC, EAN, ISBN code. Each item may have multiple barcodes assigned
Item search by item number or description
Collect signature capture for proof of delivery
Make a RAS (Remote Access Server) connection between the SQL Server on the host server and the SQL Compact connection on the Windows Mobile or Windows Phone device

Use IIS to make database to database connection
