The Small Business
Bundle includes a one-user version of either
Sage
Peachtree Complete 2008 or Intuit
QuickBooks Professional Accounting software. Data
Concepts will provide the interface program that
extracts customer and product data from the above
accounting software and updates invoice transactions
from the handhelds to the designated accounting
software. The invoices will appear exactly as if they
had been keyed in directly from the PC. The software is
pre-loaded to reduce installation costs.
The bundle assumes that
two situations exist:

You
are entering all setup information (data) directly
in the accounting software from the PC.

2.
|
You
are adding the interface to an existing installation
of the same software.

If you are upgrading from another accounting software
package contact Data Concepts to provide a data
conversion quotation.
DISCLAIMER: The customer is responsible for
configuration, accounting software training and use of
the accounting software. Intuit and Sage offer many
products and instructional services. Data Concepts
provides the mobile computing and interface training
only. Customer is wholly responsible to make daily data
backups and archive data offsite in a secure location.
Data Concepts provides the one-user licensed version of
the accounting software as a courtesy to facilitate
integration. Customer is responsible to purchase
additional licenses (seats) if required. Contact the
accounting software manufacturer for additional
information.
